Complained to the manufacturer, they said all warranties are through the seller. Beware of what you buy from them, I believe it was a second, even though we paid over $1000 for it, cash...

Terrible customer service, complained several times the couch did not support on one side. They came out, and fluffed the cushions on the back even though I repeatedly said it sunk in further on one end. They said it felt fine to them, but everyone that sat on it said it was lower.
