I've been trying to contact them for over a week now and to get someone to answer the phone is almost impossible and then when I leave a very detailed voicemail no one ever calls back. Very unprofessional.
I've only ever dealt with lovely people there, however my 2 star rating isn't regarding them. This poor office is so under staffed its not even surprising you cannot get ahold of a person anymore. The number on paper work that was sent to me recently is a disconnected number. The number here works but when you try to get to the directory its just an endless loop of information of the offices.
I hated the case worker Anola, she treated my family and I like we were very incoherent and didn't understand anything. We were fully aware of what she was saying but she kept looking at us with a puzzled look like she had no clue what a security officer was and told me to be more specific. She also treated us like a child and kept repeating herself slowly.
Very poor service no one answers the phones ever and voice mail is too full so you can't even leave a message
I don't want to give a star. But for me to say anything I had to. When calling no one picks up and the voice mail is full. They need more help to help the ones that need help. They need to pick up the phones
The services they provide are essential to many families and I wish they were able to be staffed where the workers were not so pressured and over run with cases. The kind people I personally have talked to are the only reason I have 2 stars.
It really is a shame.
